1. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in its original condition
  • The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • The item must include original packaging

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Peruboros reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the conditions stated in this policy.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact:

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

We will provide instructions for return shipping if the request is approved.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item was defective
  • The wrong item was shipped

For international returns, customers are responsible for customs and shipping fees.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.


7. Peru-Only Products

Certain products may be available only within Peru.

Returns for Peru-only items follow the same conditions stated above.
